Figma

LCAT is a Toronto-based accounting firm offering taxes, bookkeeping, and financial advisory for individuals and businesses. Their previous website didn’t clearly reflect the quality of their services or the trust they wanted to convey. The content was scattered, the navigation wasn’t intuitive, and users often struggled to understand where to start. The goal was to rebuild the site with a clearer structure, a cleaner visual language, and a stronger focus on guiding users toward booking a consultation.

Process

User Conversion Flow

We refined the booking journey to reduce friction and help users take action with confidence. This included simplifying CTAs, highlighting service tiers, and creating a clear path from learning about a service to scheduling a call. The result is a smoother journey that encourages users to engage earlier in the decision process.

Information Architecture

Information Architecture

We restructured the website into a simple, logical flow that groups offerings into clear categories like personal taxes, business taxes, bookkeeping, and consulting. This approach helps users quickly understand the services and find what they need without navigating through dense or confusing pages.

Visual System

Design & Development

We created a clean, minimal interface centered around readability and trust. The visual system uses a neutral palette, bold typography, and clear actions that guide users toward contacting the firm. Once the design system was defined, the site was built in Webflow using a modular structure that keeps the experience fast, responsive, and easy for the LCAT team to update internally.
